Callan Local Area Plan: Amendment 2
It is proposed to amend the Callan Local Area Plan 2009-2020 by extending the development boundary of the town to include an additional 8 acres of land located at Westcourt (west of the Callan by-pass) to facilitate a proposed development by Camphill Community. A Strategic Environmental Assessment Environmental Report is being prepared. It is anticipated that the Amendment will be placed on public display before the end of 2015.
Ferrybank Belview and Castlecomer Local Area Plans
The review of the Ferrybank-Belview Local Area Plan 2009-2020 has commenced. It is anticipated that the Draft LAP will be placed on public display in early2016.
The review of the Castlecomer Local Area Plan will commence in early 2016.
