The Kilkenny County Development Plan 2014-2020 was adopted by Kilkenny
County Council on the 22nd of April 2014 and came into effect on the 20th
May 2014. The Written Statement, Appendices, Strategic Environmental
Assessment and Natura Impact Report are free to download from our website
http://ourplan.kilkenny.ie/ The Plan is also available to purchase (€95
for a full set) from the Planning Department, County Hall, John Street,
Kilkenny.
The Kilkenny City & Environs Development Plan 2014-2020 was adopted by
Kilkenny Borough Council on the 16th of May and will come into effect on
the 13th of June. I will contact you again when the final document is
published.
