my submission is on the lack of signage for Ferrybank, i.e. with the exception of the office/library there is no indication that Ferrybank exists?? Despite being the second largest urban area, after Kilkenny . There is no roadsigns indicating mileage to Ferrybank or welcome to Ferrybank in fact you can drive through the area believing you are still in Waterford.
