Re. listing NIAH Ref. 12325017
Dear Ms. Doyle, We spoke on the phone a few weeks ago, when we received your letter re the listing of our home.
We hope to stay in our home for as long as possible, but we can see a future where we will have to move to a bungalow.
If our home is listed, we feel we will not be able to sell it, also it will increase our home insurance, which is already quite high. The description of the old school in your letter bears no resemblance to our home on the inside. The exterior, which we had to change to put in a first floor many many years ago, is still lovely, and as it is the home we love, it will always be cared for.
I pray you will ease our minds and put off the listing of our home, or at least wait until we are no longer here.
