I wish to inform you of certain errors in the review carried out by you department on my property Reg No 12304020.

1. What is the purpose of the submission?

The purpose is to request an amendment to the settlement boundary, FRESHFORD zoning, in Figure 3.4 of the Kilkenny Draft County Development P to include the area shown in the attached map.

I welcome the presentation to the public of the Draft Development Plans and the opportunity to make my submission. A great deal of work by the County Council and its agents is evidenced in the Draft Plan and its four volumes.
