We make this submission with regard to the environs of Ormonde Road – Kilkenny City and in particular with regard to the extending of General Business zoning to include the premises 7 Ormonde Road.

Dear Sir/Madam,

Bord Gáis Energy (BGE) welcomes the opportunity to comment on the draft Kilkenny County Development Plan 2014 – 2020.

D56 Castlecomer

I wish to suggest the following few issues for consideration toward the County Development Plan in regard to the local Castlecomer area that are personal to me.
A). That walking access should be developed to allow persons to access the waterfall area, but not the fall itself, from the town. This could be accommodated easily given access via the edge of Castlecomer Golf Club – but not crossing any apart of the playing course. Suggestion attached. Access was available prior to recent developments converting course from 9 to 18 holes.
