I am in receipt of your letter dated Wednesday 19th June 2013 indicating your intention to include the Old School House, Main Street, Piltown, Co. Kilkenny in the Record of Protected Structures.
Please note, that the correspondence was incorrectly addressed. It was sent to my late father, Mr Billy Grace. RIP
The property in question is owned by Maria Grace and Marcella Ann Kuhn.
I find it very unfair being instructed to maintain a property which is not within our financial constrains to do so. Also, that no grants are available to assist in this maintenance. The cost of repairs to the above property is way, way beyond our financial limits.
We ask that the above property is not listed/added to the Record of Protected Structures.
