We refer to the letter addressed to Pierce and Majella O'Sullivan.
We note what is stated in your letter of the 19th of June regarding the proposed listing of this dwelling. It should be noted that last year (following on from internal damage caused by burst water pipes) some renovation was carried out to the house and some of the features mentioned in the appraisal are no longer there more particularly the windows.
Presumably, should the building be listed, it will have to be listed in its present state and condition and, as we say, that differs in some respects from the information which has been sent to us. Please note the position accordingly.
